The Unicel C-7470 and Pleatco PCC80 are the same cartridge for the Clean & Clear Plus 320. They are interchangeable.
The short answer: the Unicel C-7470 and the Pleatco PCC80 are the same cartridge. They fit the same filter, share the same dimensions, and replace each other one for one. If you have one and the store has the other, you can buy the other with no change in fit or function. The different numbers come from the two brands using their own catalogues, not from any difference in the part.
Why there are two numbers for one cartridge
Unicel and Pleatco are both aftermarket cartridge brands. Each makes an equivalent of the same original cartridge for the Clean & Clear Plus 320, and each assigns its own part number. Unicel calls it C-7470. Pleatco calls it PCC80. The cartridge is built to the same specification either way. Filbur adds a third number, FC-1976, for the same part. None of the three is more correct than the others.

Every dimension that determines fit is identical. There is no measurement on which these two differ.
Is there any real difference
The differences that exist are at the level of brand manufacturing, not fit: things like the exact media supplier, end cap molding, or pleat bonding can vary slightly between any two brands making the same cartridge. These do not change whether the cartridge fits your filter or how it performs in normal use. For the purpose of ordering a replacement that fits the Clean & Clear Plus 320, C-7470 and PCC80 are interchangeable.
Which should you buy
Buy whichever is available at the better price, since fit is identical. The only thing worth checking is pack size, not brand: make sure you are ordering four cartridges for a Clean & Clear Plus 320, whether that is a C-7470-4, a PCC80-PAK4, or four singles of either.
