We track your filter replacement schedule based on your filter model, when you last replaced your cartridges, and typical use. When it's time to reorder, we send you one email. That's the whole service.

What it is not. Not a subscription. Not automatic purchases. Not a newsletter or a nurture campaign. Just a reminder when your cartridges are due.

Why we offer it. Filter maintenance is easy to forget. A missed replacement leads to cloudy water, higher energy costs, and extra stress on your pump. A simple reminder prevents all of that. We would rather be the supplier that helps you stay ahead of it than one that waits for you to notice a problem.

Questions

How often will you email me? Once when you sign up to confirm, once when your filter is due (typically every 12 to 18 months), and that's it. No newsletter, no marketing blasts.

What if I already bought elsewhere? No problem. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.

Do you sell my email? No. Ever. Your email is used for the reminder service only.

What if I have multiple pools or filters? Sign up separately for each, or email us and we can track multiple filters under one account.

What if I don't know exactly when I last replaced? Pick the closest approximation. We use it to estimate when to send your reminder, and you can reply to any of our emails to adjust the timing.
