Unicel C-7470
The Unicel C-7470 is a replacement pool filter cartridge for the Pentair Clean & Clear Plus 320 filter system.
The C-7470 is Unicel's part number for the cartridge that fits the CCP320. If you pulled a cartridge with C-7470 printed on the end cap, or a parts list pointed you here, the specs and cross-reference below let you confirm the match before you order.

How to verify this is the right cartridge
Start with the end cap. Unicel prints C-7470 directly on the cap. If your old cartridge reads C-7470, this replaces it one for one, no measuring needed.
If the printing has worn off, measure. Three dimensions settle it: overall length, outer diameter across the pleats, and the diameter of the center hole at each end. The C-7470 is 20 1/16 inches long, 7 inches across, with a 3 inch opening top and bottom. Match all three and you have the right cartridge.
The dimension people get wrong is the opening. The 7 inch figure is the full width across the outside of the pleats. The 3 inch figure is the hole in the center of the end cap. Reading one for the other is the most common reason a cartridge shows up not fitting.
How many cartridges does my filter take
The Pentair Clean & Clear Plus 320 uses four cartridges per system. They sit together in one housing and share the load, so the standard replacement is a full set of four rather than a single. That is why the C-7470 is most often bought as a four-pack.
Replacing only some of the four leaves new cartridges carrying uneven load against worn ones, which shortens the life of the new set.
